May I exchange an item?

Exchanges are possible with the same item reference number in Spain.

It is not possible to exchange an item for another reference number. You must request a refund of the item you wish to exchange and order a new item.

You have fourteen days beginning from the receipt of your package to send your return to us.


Do I have to pay for the return shipping fees?

You must pay return shipping fees except in the case of an error on our part (manufacturing defect, error in the preparation of your order, labelling issue, etc.).

The return of the package shall be done at the post office.

Attention: do not forget to fill out and attach the return sheet to the package.


I don’t like or am not satisfied with an item, may I be reimbursed?

Items must necessarily be returned with our downloadable return form.

I have a defective item, what should I do?

It may occur that certain items do not meet expectations.

If an item is defective, you must contact customer service.

For returns of defective items, you must return the item to us along with the bill for shipping fees and the completed return sheet. 

We will take responsibility for the return of your package by sending you a pre-paid shipping label for Spain.

We offer:

Sending you a pre-paid shipping label, you return the product, and we will re-send the same item without defects for free.

Sending you a pre-paid shipping label, you return the product, and we reimburse you.


I have received a package that is not what I ordered?

Have you received the correct item(s)? We will take responsibility for the return of your package by sending you a pre-paid shipping label.

An error with your package? We will take responsibility by sending you a pre-paid shipping label and we will send you the item corresponding to your order in return.

To make a complaint, contact our customer service.


What is the return period for my items?

You must send your items back to us within fourteen days of receipt of your package.


How will I be reimbursed?

In the case of merchandise return or incomplete orders, you will be reimbursed directly to your bank account.

A reimbursement confirmation notification will be sent to you via e-mail.
